You are welcome to book our varied breakfast.
For guests in a hurry, we also offer a Grab & Go breakfast by arrangement.
Extension / Shortening
We offer an extension at the current rate, subject to availability. A reduction in the stay automatically ends the booked long stay offer,
the actual length of stay will be billed 100% according to the applicable price list. Any overpayment will be refunded.
Payment
Booking the Casa Andelka Long Stay offer is only possible after the full, effective advance payment of the cost of the stay has been made before check-in.
Payment can be made on site in cash, by credit card or by advance bank transfer.
Cancellation
Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellation must be made in writing.
In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, we charge a maximum of 29 nights, and for shorter stays, 100% of the booked services.
Addition
- For long stays, the effectiveness of our general terms and conditions and GDPR provisions remains fully effective.
- All prices include all additional costs, applicable taxes and fees.
- This is a commercial offer for a limited, extended stay. There is expressly no residential tenancy agreement.
